Event Notice

  • All cashback ZEMs will be sent to your Gift Box after the event ends.

  • Final bonus ZEM total will be shared via DM after the event.

  • Cashback ZEMs from top-ups are excluded from cashback calculation (your total charged amount remains unchanged).

  • Only ZEMs bought through ZEPETO’s official shop (app/web) count. Purchases via Codashop, Razer Gold, gift cards, or digital codes are excluded.

  • If suspicious activity is detected, cashback ZEMs may be revoked.

  • If ZEMs are refunded after charging, the corresponding cashback amount will also be deducted.

  • Cashback is calculated per account—multiple accounts can’t be combined.

  • Cashback ZEMs are awarded in whole numbers (no decimals).
